FinMongoDbIndexing.SourceGenerator 8.1.1.7

Roslyn source generator for FinMongoDbIndexing. Scans all IFinMongoDbRepository call sites in the consuming project at build time, derives optimal MongoDB indexes from filter lambda expressions, and emits MongoIndexProfile<T> classes directly into the compilation. No hand-written profile classes or separate profiles package needed.
